Theo Sunset Bay Tourist Village consists of 72 units. 36 Junior Suites (Studios) and 36 One bedroom Suites. It also consists of specially designed disabled suites.
All the suites are decorated with elegance and style and offer magnificent views of the Mediterranean Sea.
Theo Sunset Bay is an ideal place for families with children as well as for couples. There is a barrier-free wheelchair access to all the hotel facilities.
Studio : All studios have open plan lounge with kitchenette, kettle, toaster, fridge and cooking facilities, air-conditioned , heating systems , TV appliance, hair-dryer, also available safety deposit box(local charge), twin or double beds, with balconies or verandas.
One-bedroom suites : All one bedroom suites have open plan lounge with kitchenette, kettle, toaster, fridge and cooking facilities a separate bedroom with twin and double beds, TV appliance both in bedroom and lounge area ,hair-dryer ,also available safety deposit box(local charge), air-conditioned, heating systems, a spacious balconies or verandas.
Ground floor suites for both studios and one-bedrooms have a small garden with verandas.

Christina Restaurant with a magnificent direct view to the sea serves buffet breakfast on a daily basis. Rich dinner buffet inspired by local and international cuisine with an extended choice of local wine. Available also children’s menu and early dining.
Panorama open air tavern (summer only) offers spectacular view to the Coral Bay and serving wide variety of local specialties throughout the summer months. The menu is complimented by an extensive wine list.
Theo Café & pool bar offers a great selection of cocktails and refreshments, ice cold beer and freshly squeezed juices. Special design light snack menu is also available.
